Warranty Policy at Elite-Lite:
All product warranties are extended only to the original purchaser for a period of one year. The warranty is limited to rectifying any known defect by repair or replacement of a defective part; this does not include any bulbs or lamps. Product must be returned to Elite-Lite with RMA, prepaid shipping and proof of purchase to: Elite-Lite, Attn: Warranty Dept., 1174 Valley Rd., Florence, CO. 81226. Please pack product properly to prevent damages. If a non repairable lighting fixture or product has been superceded, a replacement will be made with an equivalent quality functioning item. No warranty by Elite-Lite will ever cover any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of a product. Warranty is void if there are any signs of product being improperly installed, altered, overloaded or abused in any way shape or form. Let it be known that Elite-Lite assumes no further liability in respect to the sale or use of its products.
Thin-Lite Warranty Policy:
The warranty extends to the original purchaser for two years but commercial applications have one year warranty. It is limited to rectifying any such defect and/or replacing such defective part, except lamps, provided the fixture is returned prepaid , with proof of purchase to: Thin-Lite Corp, Attn: QA, 530 Constitution Ave, Camarillo, Ca. 93012. If the fixture has been superceded, replacement will be made with a current model of the same quality performing the equivalent function. This warranty does not cover labor costs for installation or removal of light fixture and is void on any light fixture that has been improperly installed , overloaded, abused or altered in any way. Other than the above described obligation, Thin-Lite Corp. assumes no further liability with respect to the sale or use of its products.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER
After two years from the date of purchase (except commercial applications-one year), if the inverter ballast fails, Thin-Lite Corp. will repair or replace it with a current production model at a flat charge of $18.50 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling charges, this is not including light bulbs. Light fixture must be returned prepaid to factory.
